Overall a good stay! Location is slightly away from Patong Beach but there is fixed shuttle schedule. Breakfast was the same every day, so gets exhausting within 2 days

Location, food, service and overall stay was excellent . There shuttle services were prompt . Friendly staff.

The hotel was not like 5 star or even we can’t say it 4 star plus the bathroom had leakages in shower and property was in heavy need of renovation

This was my second visit to patong bay hill… and it was excellent again. Big rooms for family… private pool neat n clean. Variety of options for morning breakfast… recommended 100%

We chose this resort expecting a safe pick. First impressions were decent — smooth check-in, though oddly you have to collect the “welcome drink” yourself from the bar. We booked the Sea View Suite ( . The view was stunning and matched the photos, but furniture quality was average, the mattress only moderately comfortable, and overall hospitality was just average — not premium for the price. Room service lunch was disappointing: cold food, soggy spring rolls, bland pizza with no seasoning, and average fried rice. Overall, the food here isn’t recommended for taste buds at all. uncomfortable and awkward to board. Requests for extra tea/coffee took 30 minutes for minimal supply. Breakfast was below average, especially for vegetarians, with little beyond bread and fruit. We ended up paying more than we would have for known chains but service and food were far inferior. Beautiful location and suite views, but average hospitality, slow service, and subpar food made this stay underwhelming.

The only thing which was good was the room and attached infinity pool but no AC restraunts, no indian food, no guest engagement, poor experience in terms of upgrdation request, far away from popular attractions and many more negative points

I booked Premium Pool Access Suite. Good Location(10 minutes from Central Patong/Walking Street by Free shuttle every 1 hour from reception). Premium room with pool access from room balcony makes it really fantastic opportunity to have a quick swim in few minutes. Excellent food and service. Friendly staff

It was beautiful property with sea,city n hill view. I opted for cottage suite .Cab drop facility was provided to Patong beach by hotel. Rooms were cleaned and staff were humble .

BUFFET WAS NOT UP TO THE MARK FOR 5 STAR ALSO SWIMINGPOOL LOCATED OUTSIDE THE ROOMS TILES WERE MISSING NOT WELL MAINTAINED.

Good things first always.. 1. Good swimming pool 2. Big hotel 3. Great view in my room Bad things: 1. No one cleaning the room (3 days stayed here .. not even single day) 2. Most of the staff are Rude expect kitchen place ( speaking in their own language, treating you like a working under her) 3. Every day water or towel , u need to beg them to provide. 4. No play area for kids 5. Far way from beach so if you miss shuttle booking, you need to pay 300. 6. Outside of the hotel, nothing...nothing.. u can't walk alone.. very alonely.. 7. Swimming pool (not main pool) many boken tite.. please careful. Suggestion: My experience is bad. So you have better 4 star hotel for treat u as human..
