The experience was really good, however the I requested for some complimentary service to celebrate my wife's achievement & which was done in a very different way than i requested. If something was unclear or not available, I would have appreciated if the staff would have reached out before our check in, for me to reach 3rd party vendors. Other than this one tiny bit, everything was really great about the property. Would definitely recommend to families & couples seeking some calm & luxury.

Loved the whole experience! I enjoyed every bit of my stay at this property. We booked a Lagoon view room but it was upgraded to an ocean view room on arrival. The food, service, room, hospitality was all top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious time at a beach front resort in Phuket.

Our stay at sai laguna resort was a great experience in terms of the secluded yet prime location with easy access to close by places like kamala, patong etc. The resort is very clean, modern with great service staff and an easy step down to the beach as well. The lagoon facing with the foliage add an extra touch to the ambience of the place.

Luxury at its best

We stayed here for 1 night, as i wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport ( around 30 mins drive by cab / car ) and trust me i still regret for not staying here for a longer period. We stayed in 268 ( lagoon view ) room and the room was equipped with all sort of modern amenities and luxuries facilities. Air con was perfect, lagoon view was to die for, peaceful and beautiful surrounding with multiple pools with slide and a pool bar & restaurant. Evening we had dinner at one of their restaurant beach side which was okay in taste, nothing great, may be i selected wrong dishes from the menu. Morning breakfast has ample of varieties to choose from and it was delicious. When i read couple of reviews about hotel being under renovation, i was little scared for my stay, as i dint want to ruin my last day in thailand. However it did not affect our stay at all. One whole section of the building is under major renovation which does not affect you at all as that building is away from your rooms, pool, restaurant etc. Staff is attentive and ready to help. Beach was quite rough due to rainy season so we could not swim in the beach but their pools were so good that it really did not bother us. If you walk to the left from the beach side you will find couple of beach shacks to choose from ( we had lunch at golden fish and it was delicious. If you want good restaurants near by avoid taking main road ( you will find nothing ) rather take left from the beach and there you go. We also enjoyed their free lagoon boat tour which was something unique and had never experienced before, it stops at couple of other hotels and one can choose if they wish to get down or stay in boat till the boat reaches back to the hotel. Services are available every half an hour till 6pm. Go for this place and you will not regret. Check in / check out process : 5/5 ( smooth ) room : 5/5 food : 3/5 breakfast: 4/5 staff : 5/5

The property is exquisite, one of the best resorts to stay in phuket. Beautiful views, gorgeous rooms and very polite and cute staff. Food is great too. Boat avenue nearby has great options for dining and shopping. The only disappointment i had was that we booked for only 1 night. I would recommend everyone to book a stay here while in phuket

We stayed here for 1 night, as i wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport ( around 30 mins drive by cab / car ) and trust me i still regret for not staying here for a longer period. We stayed in 268 ( lagoon view ) room and the room was equipped with all sort of modern amenities and luxuries facilities. Air con was perfect, lagoon view was to die for, peaceful and beautiful surrounding with multiple pools with slide and a pool bar & restaurant. Evening we had dinner at one of their restaurant beach side which was okay in taste, nothing great, may be i selected wrong dishes from the menu. Morning breakfast has ample of varieties to choose from and it was delicious. When i read couple of reviews about منتجع ساي في في ايلاند فيلدج - SHA Extra Plus منتجع لاجونا هوليداي كلوب فوكيت being under renovation, i was little scared for my stay, as i dint want to ruin my last day in thailand. However it did not affect our stay at all. One whole section of the building is under major renovation which does not affect you at all as that building is away from your rooms, pool, restaurant etc. Staff is attentive and ready to help. Beach was quite rough due to rainy season so we could not swim in the beach but their pools were so good that it really did not bother us. If you walk to the left from the beach side you will find couple of beach shacks to choose from ( we had lunch at golden fish and it was delicious. If you want good restaurants near by avoid taking main road ( you will find nothing ) rather take left from the beach and there you go. We also enjoyed their free lagoon boat tour which was something unique and had never experienced before, it stops at couple of other منتجع ساي في في ايلاند فيلدج - SHA Extra Plus منتجع لاجونا هوليداي كلوب فوكيت s and one can choose if they wish to get down or stay in boat till the boat reaches back to the منتجع ساي في في ايلاند فيلدج - SHA Extra Plus منتجع لاجونا هوليداي كلوب فوكيت . Services are available every half an hour till 6pm. Go for this place and you will not regret. Check in / check out process : 5/5 ( smooth ) room : 5/5 food : 3/5 breakfast: 4/5 staff : 5/5

The experience was really good, however the I requested for some complimentary service to celebrate my wife's achievement & which was done in a very different way than i requested. If something was unclear or not available, I would have appreciated if the staff would have reached out before our check in, for me to reach 3rd party vendors. Other than this one tiny bit, everything was really great about the property. Would definitely recommend to families & couples seeking some calm & luxury.

Loved the whole experience! I enjoyed every bit of my stay at this property. We booked a Lagoon view room but it was upgraded to an ocean view room on arrival. The food, service, room, hospitality was all top notch. The property is exquisite, one of the best resorts to stay in phuket. Beautiful views, gorgeous rooms and very polite and cute staff. Food is great too. Boat avenue nearby has great options for dining and shopping. The only disappointment i had was that we booked for only 1 night. I would recommend everyone to book a stay here while in phuket

Our stay at sai laguna resort was a great experience in terms of the secluded yet prime location with easy access to close by places like kamala, patong etc. The resort is very clean, modern with great service staff and an easy step down to the beach as well. The lagoon facing with the foliage add an extra touch to the ambience of the place.

the stay was very pleasant, the service was awesome. they gave u everything which we asked for. you cannot hear “no” from their staff for everything u asked for. we visited saii laguna maldives, the service was so awesome tha we booked saii laguna in phuket also. we are fan of saii service
