Room was good clean neat and tidy. The staffs were also friendly and helpful. I didn’t eat anything from the فندق كريستال بلازا because it was costly in comparison to eating at the nearby فندق كريستال بلازا restaurant and cafes. The only issue i faced was sometimes it felt like the ac wasn’t working.
