Had a wonderful time at Renaissance Resort. It has a private Beach which is calm and serene. It also has kids play area, swimming pool and travel desk to help you plan your City travel. Really liked the breakfast and service of the staff. We prefer vegetarian food and they made all the efforts to make sure, we get the vegetarian dishes. Each and every member of their Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa was exceptionally customer oriented and willing to go extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

Renaissance is definitely a property you choose to chill and relax. The beach is not crowded and staff is extremely courteous. The property is well maintained and rooms are spacious. Reception staff is warm and quick to respond. I would love to go their again. The only let down was food. My wife is the vegetarian and the dal makhni we had was hands down the worst we ever had. They should remove the options thay cant cook from menu to not spoil customer experience.

The staff was friendly, service was great, rooms were big. The resort is right on the beach, a bit away from the town (but great as the beaches were empty and not crowded at all). The breakfast options was huge. I skipped lunches as I was too full from the breakfast.
