Location is good, staff isn’t too courteous, breakfast is very average and rooms are decent. One can get better value for money in and around the same location. Walkabale distance to bangla street and patong beach, bang opposite to hard rock and hooters - location is great

One of the best resort hotel in Phuket

It's a old 17 year resort but has huge pool and room sizes are huge too. Room sizes felt like a suite. They give very basic toiletries but many other things compensate it. Bed sizes (we booked grand delux room) are very good. There was a separate small bed for our daughter. The breakfast was amazing as well. Location wise was also great as o top market was just beside it and bangla road was half a km away. The service by the staff was also great, we never needed anything in the first place.

the hotel was supposed to give a superior room to me but ended up giving a basic room with 2 single beds, i had to go and speak and they arranged for a double bed room. if the room is available why would they not give it in the first place very few items in breakfast for vegetarians , even the fried rice had egg. they do not even provide hot milk. overall was not happy with the stay.

I am staying here for the 2nd time. Had. A nice experience. Most of the staffs are very friendly. The property is located near to patong beach (within 1 km. Breakfast spread is average. They allow early checkin and late check out but they are not very keen to entertain any other requests ( i was turned down when i asked for an iron box and even a toothpaste :p)
