Royal Cliff Beach Hotel Pattaya

Overall experience was satisfactory, but I was disappointed to learn that the hotel no longer offers smoking rooms, as I was informed the entire property is now smoke free. The irony is that during my stay here about a year ago, I was allotted a smoking room without any issue. Additionally, I noticed that during online booking, there’s no option to include breakfast with the room, something the hotel should consider for a better guest experience.

The view was exquisite. We had 4 rooms and the housekeeping was impeccable. The pool is breathtaking!

You guys are not helpful the whole night did not sleep lots of disturbance .i called reception twice but my problem did not solve .

Royal cliff is beautiful property and all rooms are sea view with good food and services. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Room are clean good and available with all basic need. This is one of the best property in Pattaya.

The hotel is situated at a great place with amazing views and pool. Rooms are neat and clean. Situated on a private beach, the hotel’s location provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city center. Overall, our stay at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel was pleasant, I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers seeking luxury and comfort.

Gud ambience and gud beach hotel service is gud and room service is also gud but keep cost of food check in also smooth and after complicate billing is also smooth

An excellent beach resort. We stayed in one of the new ocean facing rooms which was spacious and clean with extraordinary views. The king size bed was comfortable with premium linen. The bathroom was large with a tub & private shower and toilet areas. The resort itself is sprawling and is an interconnected complex of 3 beach resort hotels all run by the same royal cliff hotels group with an excellent private beach and many large swimming pools, a top class spa and a number of restaurants including japanese, chinese & indian. The breakfast buffet is of a high standard (650 baht per person) and offers a huge range of food. Or you could order a la carte for about 250 baht (fried eggs, bacon, toast, coffee and a selection of jams and fruit) room service is speedy & offers a wide range at reasonable prices. It’s an excellent choice, for families, singles or couples, a 15 to 30’min taxi ride (250 to 400 baht each way) to the main tourist areas in town so you don’t get sucked into the chaos of pattaya.

Lacked wheelchair accessibility, mediocre food, and no included breakfast. I was told that to avail a wheelchair i would be charged 100 baht a day. Which is ridiculous for an expensive hotel, it should be part of their standard offering

This place is located in central pattaya. There are 2 infinity pools. Property has 7 dining options. Food in panorama and breezeo is really good. Lobby is instaworthy. Staff is very courteous. Room is spacious. Only drawback is bathroom which could have been better. Will be worth your money. I would strongly recommend this place
