Everything from check in to check out in the دوسيت ثاني باتايا was very good and wonderful. I stayed with my family in the premium sea view room of the دوسيت ثاني باتايا. The size, cleanliness and natural view of the rooms were heart-warming. The breakfast at the دوسيت ثاني باتايا was very lavish and of good quality. I am happy that the دوسيت ثاني باتايا staff listens to the guests carefully and understands their concerns and the دوسيت ثاني باتايا never refuses anything to satisfy the guests. In the entire دوسيت ثاني باتايا, only the housekeeping department harasses the guests with its arbitrary actions, The employees of the دوسيت ثاني باتايا's housekeeping department make arbitrary allegations against the guests. Due to these actions of the housekeeping department, the guest feels insulted and the reputation of the دوسيت ثاني باتايا also gets spoiled. but when we complained to the دوسيت ثاني باتايا Manager K. Saytip, she solved the problem on the spot and satisfied us. After knowing the truth, the دوسيت ثاني باتايا Manager K. Saytip accepted his mistakes on behalf of the entire housekeeping management and also apologized to us in writing. We are completely satisfied with the service of the دوسيت ثاني باتايا Manager K. Saytip. Everything in the دوسيت ثاني باتايا is five star except the housekeeping services. On the occasion of my birthday on 5th July, the دوسيت ثاني باتايا management also sent me a birthday cake. Apart from this, they also decorated my room. Which was a big surprise on the part of the دوسيت ثاني باتايا for me. I think, Except the members of the housekeeping department, all the دوسيت ثاني باتايا staff are very polite and courteous, which is praiseworthy from every angle. In my opinion, the دوسيت ثاني باتايا management needs to improve the housekeeping department. If I get a chance, I would like to stay in this دوسيت ثاني باتايا again in the future. Location: The location of the دوسيت ثاني باتايا is prime as it is near the Pattaya beach, Terminal 21 and Tiffany's Show. Also it has two 7 Eleven within a 500 meter radius. It is a corner property on the beach. Beach: It has direct access to the beach. The beach is almost private and can be enjoyed. The gate to the beach remains open till 7 pm. Local Activities: All the local activities like Snorkeling, Paragliding, Speedboat to the island are available on the beach. Room: The rooms which we selected had a partial beach view and swimming pool view. The room was big enough with all the generic facilities. The only thing missing was the hand faucet with WC. This I found as the major disappoint after paying such a huge amount for the room whereas as other دوسيت ثاني باتاياs we stayed during the tour provided that. Staff: All the staff were really helpful and respectful. Food: We only had the breakfast buffet provided by the دوسيت ثاني باتايا. The items in the buffet were all good and fresh. The food was being refilled even before it finished. This I liked the most. Satisfaction: I am satisfied with the دوسيت ثاني باتايا and its environment and I would recommend this.

Excellent 5 star دوسيت ثاني باتايا in pattaya. Arguably the best. Location is superb and view of ocean from room is incredible. Service, hospitality, cleanliness all are top notch. If i come to pattaya ever again would stay in this دوسيت ثاني باتايا only. My family also enjoyed their stay. Right on beach.

The property is about a couple of hours away from the bangkok airport. The location of the property is excellent, right on the beach with a very private beach on the side. The terminal 21 mall is just across the street from the property's entrance. There is no dearth of shopping and dining options.

overall good but a MAKEMYTRIP should clealry tell whether دوسيت ثاني باتاياs it is offering has bidet jets in bathroom or not. It creates a lot of problem with persons not using tissue paper. Though property is old but renovation done.
