Nice and clean hotel room. Surrounded with good Indian restaurants and walking distance from beach and walking street. Also no noise

Rooms are spacious. Excellent location. Small cockroaches in bathroom otherwise property is good.

Amenities and services is very poor. They clean room in evening 7pm. Reception peoples misbhave with customers.

Food of M Casa is excellent, Location of M Casa hotel is Good as we can excess easily like Food, 7/11 is near by hotel, Beach road is so near, walking street is near, Room they give have excellent view of front side, Facilities in hotel good and staff behaviour is so gentle and good, very co- operative staff

Hotel Is good but staff has lot of attitude problem they usually give two towels so i use then both and asked for 1 fresh towel they simply denied with attitude. Again i complain that ac is not working then they said they cant do anything now next day we will work on this

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and involved multiple issues that I believe warrant a refund. Here are the key issues I faced during my stay: Unfair Charges: I accidentally left my room key inside the room, and the hotel staff charged me 100 Baht, which I find unreasonable. At check-out, they claimed that a time glass was missing from the room and charged me an additional 200 Baht, even though it was never in the room when I checked in. Inaccurate Check-in Inventory: The items in the room were not properly verified or documented at check-in, so the claim regarding the missing time glass is baseless and unfair. Inconvenient Housekeeping Schedule: The room cleaning service operated between 8 PM and 8 PM, which was highly inconvenient and disturbed our rest and privacy. This is not a standard or acceptable housekeeping schedule. Due to the above reasons, I am requesting a refund for the inconvenience, unjust charges, and poor overall service quality.

bed is not available in room. room is very bad condition. unhygenic rooms. i am very unhappy for booking this rooms & this hotel. it is very very very bad experience in this hotel. please don't book this hotel. so bad experience ..

Hotel staff was not good they was not listen staff not come for house keeping they provided dirty bed sheet

Glow Pattaya is always my favourite stay in Pattaya. The gesture of Aommie and Annie is really good towards all the guests. I always prefer and recommend to all to stay in Glow Pattaya (Glow Inn) if you are travelling to Pattaya.

Very rude and low mannered staff.They demanded extra money after being paid booking and denied if money not paid extra.. No room service provided

This M Casa Hotel are not cooperative and staff also very rude .. they not respect us .. whatever they feel they do and also never listen to customer .. and also not having any understanding about customer .. who as tourist visitor and supportive countries growth . Pls avoid this hotel

Stayed in MCASA for the second time . Hotel is good , very neat and tidy . we have booked 4 rooms in Total and early check in was allowed at 12.30 for all of the 4 rooms . location is also very good and close to all the Night life activities . The only problem is faced was that when I called reception for some water they told me to get from outside .
