I recently stayed at fifth pattaya jomtien, and while the rooms were spacious and clean, my overall experience was severely disappointing due to poor service. The room cleaning staff consistently failed to refill the water bottles, and their excuse was that they had replaced them, even though no water was provided. This felt like an attempt to cut corners by saving on a few bottles across multiple rooms we had booked. Additionally, the room keys were problematic. On several occasions, they became dysfunctional, even in the middle of the night, causing unnecessary frustration and forcing us to make repeated trips to the reception. To top it off, our stay involved a room transition, where we were asked to move from a new block to an old block after two days. We were required to pack up, carry our own luggage, and wait in the lobby for over three hours (from 12 pm to 3 pm) with no room available. This lack of organization and consideration felt like completely unfair treatment. This was by far one of the worst service experiences i have had at any hotel worldwide, particularly when it comes to an internal room transfer. I expected much better service and hospitality from a hotel like this. To mention the services never looked like a 4 star and rather like a starless hotel.

Wonderful stay!!!

The first visit to Pattaya we didn't know which place to book and what area would be best. With research we settled for jomtein area bacause wanted to just chill out from the central Pattaya crowd. And we were pretty glad that we selected this hotel for our stay. Not only it was budget friendly but it was located very closely to the beach within walking distance. The hotel comes with a nice swimming pool, gym, mini golf and a nice dining area. The place is very open and gives you a resort type feel even if it's a hotel. It is located beside the immigration office hence it is easily locateable by cab drivers. The balcony view is very good with the beach breeze flowing so that you can relax anytime. The breakfast buffet is very good but fee options for vegetarians. However they have other options like milk, bread yogurt, juices and variety of fruits to choose from. I specially liked the mushroom with oyster sauce which was sublime. The staff were very polite and one member even talked to us in Hindi gestures. All in all we had very pleasant wind wonderful stay there and would like to visit again.

The hotel is near beach. The room is large with balcony. Entrance of room has a table with two sofas. Bed was king size nice tv with multi channels. Swimming pool big with same depth all around so even non swimmers could enjoy it. Staff friendly. Breakfast had everything.
