Staff is not at all friendly , it’s just an average hotel , not look like a 5 star property . Not at all guest friendly

There is hardly any room service there is no restaurant except the breakfast they do not have a simple adapter for phone there is no USB charger Dilshad at reception is rood

very helpful staff - kena zhelaiya & ainura

rooms on 9th floor n above are newly renovated. we got stuck here and cudnt go back to india. kena, ainura spoke to the airlines and got us a repatriation flight back home. hotels alright in its price range

got room on the 7th floor was ancient, torn carpets, barely any lights in the bathroom, hotel itself is far from everything. after complaining got room on the 9th floor better updated rooms same size everything. breakfast spread decent not great and not too bad. staff helped us a lot, zhenlya to get us better rooms after 3 nights and kymbat for places to eat recommendations

Good old hotel with basic amenity. Good spread of breakfast along with vegan options. With live station etc. Overall experience is very good. Best part is they have very good security and surveillance.

Bad rooms and room service, bad behaviour

This is the worst hotel i had a stay in. My room no. Was 815. The staffs are rude, unhelpful and are deadbeats. They just don't want to work. I ordered water and got it after 3 hours with more than 50 calls to the reception. Please don't book a stay at this hotel. Worst experience
