Experience was good. Rooms are nice and spacious, but the hotel has very less staff so reaction time in case one calls for any service is long. Also the staff is not overtly friendly. However i guess everyone in kazakhstan is generally same, cold and bordering on rude. Room amenities for its price, are less.

I had a wonderful stay at kazzhol park hotel almaty. The hotel is located in the city center, close to many attractions and landmarks. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and free wifi. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with options for different tastes and dietary preferences. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, especially maxim and adila, who guided us through the trip and made sure we don't get lost and find our way back to the hotel. They were very knowledgeable and attentive, and gave us many tips and recommendations for exploring the city. The hotel also has a fitness center, a garden, and a restaurant that serves italian and european cuisine. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service of the restaurant, and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend kazzhol park hotel almaty to anyone looking for a great place to stay in almaty.

I had a wonderful stay at kazzhol park كازهول بارك هوتل almaty. The كازهول بارك هوتل is located in the city center, close to many attractions and landmarks. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and free wifi. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with options for different tastes and dietary preferences. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, especially maxim and adila, who guided us through the trip and made sure we don't get lost and find our way back to the كازهول بارك هوتل.
