The property is very well located. Rooms are small comparatively. Breakfast spread is average. Lobby is ordinary. Yet i will not hesitate to stay in this نوفوتل ألماتي سيتي سنتر as the staff behaviour and hospitality compensates all the shortcomings of this نوفوتل ألماتي سيتي سنتر. I repeat, the rooms, breakfast & lobby is not bad but compared to other novotel like delhi & mumbai, is inferior but the behaviour of staff is much superior to many novotel’s worldwide. The market is close by and eating joints are walking distance. Kok tobe is next door. There is an atm machine also. I am a frequent traveller and i can rate the hospitality as one of the best!

The location is excellent, right next to the Kok Tobe tourist attraction. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are highly professional. A special thanks to Ali for organizing our sightseeing trips so smoothly. The food is decent for those who enjoy continental cuisine. However, considering the number of Indian guests, it would be great to include some Indian options in the breakfast and restaurant menu. This small addition could significantly enhance the experience for Indian visitors.

I would like to extend a heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Aliyar Fezoyev, who graciously served at the helpdesk at Novotel. His unwavering support throughout transformed our stay into an extraordinary experience. Whether assisting us in booking a guide, arranging Yandex rides, or securing reservations at our preferred restaurants, Mr. Fezoyev became our go to person . His exceptional service and warmth throughout truly made our time in Almaty unforgettable.

Everything is perfect except some language problem in english. Not expecting to speak hindi. However, majoroty of the guests were from india. Secondly, vegetarian food. There is nothimg otherthen the salad and fruits in name of veg food. Other amenities, closeness to city and things are extraordinary.

Great stay. The check-in was smooth and quick, the room was smart and modern and the staff were very friendly and spoke english. The food was good too. I used the airport pick-up and drop service (chargeable) and that too was very good. Perhaps the charging points in the room could be better located.
