Had a disappointing experience during my stay. The hotel staff was unresponsive and unhelpful — despite asking 3–4 times to change the bedsheet, nothing was done. They provided only one bottle of water per day even though their policy clearly mentions more. The staff’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. Definitely expected better service.

The staff is professional and polite. We did a late check-in around 2 AM and faced no concerns. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious with lots of options. Highly recommend.

There was no option of charging and no adaptor or usb cable was available in the entire hotel, so we had no option of charging our phone etc, there were very limited vegetarian option in breakfast and most of them were bread related products. The room service also was very slow, the location is good, rooms are well maintained, linen and bedding were neat and clean.

Property location is good and nice ambience. Indian food to be their in menu for indian tourist. Staff is good.

The hotel is good. The location is good. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The rooms are warm and thermal regulation is very good. Breakfast is very good. Coming to bad parts. They dont have anyone for luggage. The reception is one floor above where cars drop you and you have to carry your luggage to reception and to your room as well. There is no room service at all. If you need water or anything to drink anytime in evening or night then you have to come and get it yourself from their restaurant which is one floor below the reception. We had two rooms. Bathroom door was not locking from outside and all night it stayed open and hence the room didn't remain warm enough. Second room the shower drain was clogged and nobody cleaned it despite complaining. The commode faucet was not working as well.

The hotel staff was not helpful except kamilla in reception. Water and toiletries were not provided in the room everyday. In fact one male staff in the reception said the hotel does not provide water everyday. We had booked a junior suite and stayed for 7 nights. We had already paid the hotel charges. He told me that if i have a problem with hotel not providing water everyday, i can move to other hotel. This was very rude of him.

Hotel receptionist specially "camila" is very good who helps and support everyone. Lots of snacks items there available. Need to improve few indian food snacks in breakfast.

The room was clean and well ventilated. We had stayed in a business suite. The only draw back we had was the room service staff could not understand english. Rest it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel had a good location . The breakfast buffet had varieties. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Our stay was pleasant. But the only drawback was our room which was pretty small. The room and washroom were clean.

The stay was not comfortable for us, the room was not properly ventilated, only heaters were working and they couldn’t provide us with any ac or fan, it felt suffocated throughout and we couldnt sleep most of the nights no major vegetarian options for breakfast so that was also not good for us rooms were not properly cleaned between the stays overall the experience was poor

👍🏻 Location : in the middle of city. Near to places. Room: We booked a junior suite. Got 2 king size beds. Perfect for us 3 adult male friends. Room was spacious. Housekeeping: V. Good Breakfast : Good. Ambience inside/Restaurant: V. Good. Gym: OK 👎🏻 Swimming pool: Not clean Room Service: Not available. Water: only one ltr bottle per day in 3 adult guests. Guys .. Please. Staff: Some were Rude. Some were Good. Overall: Value for money. We had nice time there. A 24 hour Super Store is 30 meter away. becomes a saviour. You can have anything of your use from there including water.

No ac work at night plus no good staff

The room was spacious and clean. Had all basic amenities. The staff was helpful. The disappointing part was that the breakfast menu was the exact same every day. Very oily food. Felt stale, tasted like they kept things from the previous day. Coffee was very bad.

Location of the property is good enough to walk around the places, food was also having options to choose from. Although overall service is good did not like the staff behaviour much, it can be improved.

Very comfortable stay, good service and delicious breakfast also. All over i like it. Azeez.
