Truly fantastic! was so excited when i got upgraded

So i stayed at this hotel for three nights with two of my kids. I had booked a normal regular room, but when i arrived there and had already checked into my room, the reception staff came to my room and wanted to upgrade me to a suite since they recognized that i am a pakistani celebrity, which i thought was extremely sweet and wonderful and thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel swimming pool, which is truly fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and sweet and very caring and helpful.

Good hotel

Good experience in terms of stay and breakfast beach is clean and the place is quiet. However i faced a small issue regarding the beach access as i was not informed that i need to get a small card from the hotel to access the beach and get the towels so i had to walk back and forth under the sun around 20 mins to get it from the hotel.

Front officer aggressive behavior

I have never seen unprofessional, aggressive, unethical, argumentative behavior of the front officer on the reception at the time of check-in and check-out. Facing issues with pool safety, play area timing, pool assistance, delay in services and unnecessary service charges. Of course food was good and the restaurant office allowed us to have breakfast even after getting late to the restaurant. However, i never recommend booking this hotel again.

1. On the portal it showed that the hotel is 1. 5 kms from sharjah airport but the hotel is 20 kms from sharjah airport 2. They charge for additional water exorbitantly when they actually should not be charging for water as it’s basic human courtesy ex. 1 big water bottle is 10 dhirams that is 10 times the charge which is exploitation of the guest 3. Overall hospitality is very very poor not worth the star rating the hote deserves. 4. Charged a deposit amount although the full amount for the entire stay was paid before check in.
