Had a terrible experience at royal m. The manager and the check in staffs were rude. They made us wait for more than an hour. Poor house keeping despite request basic requests were not provided which is expected from a hotel. The entire experience was very disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious and clean, with beautiful decor. Delayed in answering in first room the water was slow and yellow water in all even wc and sink stocked the technical man come late and i loosed my restaurant booking at 2 pm they changed our room morning i called them the coffee machine electricity was off i don’t why ! around 11am the reception called for check out and already told her the night shift they extend for us till 3pm she give us more troubles at all i came to take rest not to solve rooms problem and get headache

It was good, the room specious but the carpet makes a weird smell in the room, the breakfast was good but mr. Hes-ham the restaurant manager way is not nice as we faced an issue with the breakfast for one of the rooms (out of two) and his way was frustrating
