The سامرلاند موتل location was good, the staff were ok, did not understand arabic, my guest had a hard time communicating with them in arabic (did not know english. He tried the food but did not like it (biryani w chicken. The room was comfortable and clean, and big enough. Had one each of plate, mug, tall glass, also a microwave, an electric kettle and good size refrigerator and a tv (all working. They need to explain to guests that the hot water needs the switch to be turned on (located outside the bathroom. The guests were all russians (we liked it. The staff were consistent and tried to accommodate our requests (coffee & sugar, little shampoo bottles. The parking was adequate inside the entrance. The سامرلاند موتل sign was readily seen from the street. The value for the money was perfect. I needed a budget place and this was adequate. All this made me give them 4 and not 2 or 3.
