Terrible Stay

At the time of check-in, the room condition was extremely poor – dirty rooms, used tissues lying around, ladies’ hair spread over the bed and pillow, and overall unhygienic conditions. As I was very tired, I decided to inform the hotel management the next morning before leaving for work. I reported the issue at 7:00 AM, but no action was taken until 3:00 PM UAE time. The next morning, when I was getting fresh, I found the basin choked and the bathtub in the same unhygienic condition. Even after reporting at 7:00 AM, by 3:00 PM the bathroom was still not cleaned.

1. Hotel is in diera near market. So location is very good. 2. Rooms were better. Need some renovation 3. As our flights were late and we asked for late checkout but they said not possible. As I am there regular visitor they should be cooperative

amazing experience and reasonable rate and hotel was very nice in dubai landmark hotel in BANIYAS,nice restaurant hotel with pool and gym.tasty food near metro station all facilities provided hygiene was maintained good staff
