An amazing property to stay at and an even more amazing staff who gave me their newly renovated room and a discount on the spa services. I would specifically like to mention Maricris at the reception who was so warm and generous to give me a great room and discount coupons for the spa. Such clean rooms with so much space. I would definitely come back again

sunil m.family Had an amazing stay at ramada downtown dubai with family. Was pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade with extra room and burj khalifa view which was truly amazing. My kids and family enjoyed the musical fountain and the lovely water canal and burj khalifa from the room. Very supportive staff including front desk, concierge and valet staff. On day 2, the chef ali walked over and offered some additional dishes for the kids. That was super cool. Lastly, great location and totally value for money.

mukesh d.family Every thing was good except the charges asked for the extra bed for child of 11 years even the booking was for 2 adult and one child. They were asking for 150 dhiram/night for extra bed whichbis too much. The same bed was provided for free at peerless hotel kolkata against my booking.

isha m.couple Ramada downtown dubai is at a walkable distance from burj khalifa and dubai mall. I had upgraded to a junior suite and that had a great view of both plus the dubai fountain, in fact probably the best way to watch dubai fountain. The staff at ramada was very friendly and offered assistance in getting cabs, helping with vegetarian food choices among other things. Overall a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay in ramada, good location in downtown with a fantastic view of burj khalifa. Breakfast is good for the price in downtown. Little bit more proactive update on the property amenities when checking in and more items for the i room dining would be great.
