Terrible Stay

At the time of check-in, the room condition was extremely poor – dirty rooms, used tissues lying around, ladies’ hair spread over the bed and pillow, and overall unhygienic conditions. As I was very tired, I decided to inform the hotel management the next morning before leaving for work. I reported the issue at 7:00 AM, but no action was taken until 3:00 PM UAE time. The next morning, when I was getting fresh, I found the basin choked and the bathtub in the same unhygienic condition. Even after reporting at 7:00 AM, by 3:00 PM the bathroom was still not cleaned.

location is best specually if you love to have some shopping... staff are very nice always greets you with smile.. room was awesome even i got a room with tv lounge and 2 bathrooms... in short it was worth more than you can expect in any other hotel near by

1. Hotel is in diera near market. So location is very good. 2. Rooms were better. Need some renovation 3. As our flights were late and we asked for late checkout but they said not possible. As I am there regular visitor they should be cooperative
