We stayed at Golden Sands 5 Hotel Apartments for 5 nights (but due to flight schedule, stayed 4), and they charged tourist tax only for 4 nights, which was very fair and generous. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, making our stay comfortable. The room amenities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. Since it’s an international breakfast, the taste isn’t like Indian home-style food, but still quite good overall. A few small points — they provided two small water bottles only on the day of arrival, none on the following days. Also, there’s a refundable security deposit, which we weren’t aware of, so our currency planning went a bit off. Also hotel is kind of little far from metro station ADCB, Burjaman and Sharf DG all 3 metro station are around 1.2 to 1.5 km distance from hotel. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Dubai — clean, comfortable, and very well managed!

Property location was good nearly 1 km away from Sharath DG Metro Station. It is accessible like for green line and if you take green line, we will reach Burjman and take redline from there which is accessible to most of the attractions in Dubai like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall everywhere and also it is surrounded by lot of good supermarkets as well as good restaurants. So the place is good location is good and also regarding the staff, They are very polite and they are very helpful. The rooms are also spacious as well as the amenities are very good and we have a small cafeteria also, which can be used for some snacks and all so anyway, the experience was quite good.

Location is good and the hotel rooms are good but there was a long wait time for rooms and also the response from staff was not great. Washrooms had water clogging and even after giving feedback they didn’t even bother to apologise. The children play area was not even opened and the reason given was that staff is not available.
