I recently stayed at City Seasons Hotel, Dubai, and my overall experience was very satisfying. Room & Cleanliness: The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished with all essential amenities. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained the room daily to a high standard. Service: The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the concierge was helpful with local recommendations and transport arrangements. Amenities: The City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai offers excellent facilities including a rooftop swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and spa services. The free Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the property. It was a really great experience staying here. Apart from the location, most of the staff were really great. Room service by Mizan was really great. Luthur and Mubarak were really great in valet parking . Ms Sameera was also really nice and the other reception team. Overall have recommended to few family and friends as well.

It’s a good location, and the staff is polite, responsive and professional. Excellent location, right next to a metro station and the mall, which means there’s a range of food options at different price points.

This is true value for money. located inside the mall (literally) bang on the main street. very conveniently located with plenty of good eateries around. Hotel also has prompt services and amenities.
