We we entered a room we feel like we enter to Owen it’s super hot and immediately I call the reception and they informed they will check but not any response or nobody come to my room so I need to call again and maintenance guy come just to say that I need to wait another 30 minutes to get cool room as ac will turn on once I enter the room only , leaving this issue everything was good

The hotel’s location is fantastic, but the service fell short of expectations. The washroom was not properly cleaned, and there was no water stopper in the basin. While the room was decent, the cleanliness did not meet the high standards one would expect from a leela hotel.

The property at the lobby was okay. The room provided to us for our stay had a number of issues. 1 lights and switches that were not working. 2 hot water was only tepid after a half our of letting the tap run, as instructed by the staff at the reception. No hot water bath i was looking forward to after a tiring trip to the city. 3 no adapters for charging phones, not even a usb port, which could be plugged into to charge the phone.

Though the hotel is in 4-star category, but the services & the ambiance was just of any other average 2-star hotel. From reception till checkout, nothing gave any professional feel. I stayed for 3 nights, but didn’t get housekeeping service, even after reminding. No change of bed-sheets, towels, just got the water bottle. Even not replaced the used glasses or cups. I will certainly not going to stay there in future.

I didn’t stay at hotel i reached to the receptionist i give them my id to give me the room and i ask for a room with no sound calm i was tired because the hotel was full of music at the reception area then i ask to the receptionist to provide me adapter for my phone changer she told me no stay at the receptionist area if you want to charge phone, so as long i will stay at the reception area with loud music why i stay, i went out and i see her happy that i didn’t stay and i lose my money.

Very bad, old, dirty, bad smell in room, no worth even for 50 aed, also they rented the parking to others and you cannot find place in parking
