The Apartment was neat and clean also the room was quiet spacious and very well kept. the evening duty staff was very kind. Forget to ask his name but he was from pakistan. But had a bad experience with the morning duty staff. He was rude when i asked him the extension price n told him that the room extension price online was much more cheaper than extending the stay directly from the hotel. Also his attitude was different when my partner wished him good morning.

We didn’t get in due to the bad smell, we request to cancel our booking from reception but they didn’t agree ! we called support us to refund our money. Really it was bad experience

Not as expected. As soon we reached to the room there were no bath towel. Reception staff was like quite in sleepy mood not good talk with the guest
