terrible hotel staff is very rude u cannot get parking and valet people scratch ur car they checkout time is strictly 12pm. not recommended for even business people. toilet and shower is area always water gathering 😕

Indian cleaning guy stealing stuff from my roo

i lost my watch. someone took it from the room . my husband gave it to me 10 years ago. i am really stressed. Also, he regularly used to drink liquor from our room. lost alot of clothes ...and stuff. we stayed for 30 days and that watch was very close to my heart. i never thought such things can happen in dubai

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. Despite our room being ready, we were made to wait 30 minutes just to check in—completely unnecessary and frustrating. The biggest issue? The horrible smell throughout the hotel—hallways, rooms, everywhere. It was unbearable and made the entire stay feel unclean and uncomfortable. On top of that, the amenities were shockingly below average—practically nothing useful was provided except for a hairdryer. For the price, I expected way better. To make matters worse, during checkout, they tried to charge us for an item from the minibar that we never used. After going back and forth about it, they finally agreed that we hadn’t used it, but the entire situation was frustrating and unnecessary. Overall, this hotel is absolutely not worth the stay. The smell alone made it feel unhygienic, and the poor service just sealed the deal. This was my first and definitely my last visit. Would not recommend at all.

Location is good service is very very poor, whenever we request for extra pillow or tea bags, we must inform them twice or sometimes they forgot. Reception is veer bed service. Receptionist took from me 100 dirham for security and while check out they are asking me did you pay or not. No invoice no slip they are giving when we pay them. One small computer in reception and two ladies were handling. In washroom shattaf water pressure is too low, sometimes in shower suddenly hot water come.
