I arrive there after 2 o'clock ,everything was good at the first the receptionist was good she tell that there is 200 security we gonna make hold and when u check out we released it .when I check out untill now the money dont come the bank said the hotel have to message and mail the merchant of him to mail my bank.then when we we finish check in and we take the room key no body says that there was spray pet controlled even not mentioned on the agency that I book through it and the days was expensive like studio 650 or 700 uae wen I get up and smell and see the team of the controlled test spray i call them to Arrange another room or refund the money then all the hotel was sprayed and I have ashma and I get tout with the agency and the hotel no body there even the mamger don't see him God it was really Terible and until now the my trip dont refund the money because I dont stay there and the security deposit stuck it's the last time I get there .

Very excellent services, awesome room decorations and awesome kitchen with all things available and one more thing staff of hotel is very co-operative. If you are going marina drive with your family or friends you should choose only jannah hotel apartment. Everything is superb. Location is fabulous

Location wise it’s good but was under maintenance. Had requested for a high rise floor, smoking room, didnt get either. Had to smoke in the balcony. Washroom size was to small and compact. Don’t reccomend for a long stay. There are better options available in the same proximity.

The place is good only for the views, the chef at the restaurant still thinks he is in the 19th century and treats indians in the same way. Go only if you want to fell humiliated that u are an indian. They respect you only if you are a white. I stayed in the 5th floor and it was stinking but the room was ok. The hotel is old and it is evident at all places

Male front desk manager (raghav) was rude and only did his job once i wanted to speak to his general manager. The bath water was brown.

The water wasn’t clean or hygienic even after telling the front desk managers. Ask for the general manager of the hotel to actually get something done. Do not ask raghav, he is completely useless and rude. If he is rude, please ask for his managers number (which he will not share so ask for the email) and report it. Please don’t let him spoil your stay.

I booked a one bedroom suite for my friend and once they reached the hotel, they were given a studio. After a lot of issues, and wasting couple of hours, they got the room which i had booked for my friend.

Big no no for vegetarians

I bought an upgraded package which had breakfast included but there were no vegetarian options at all. I had requested the chef to make something for my family just to start of the day but they were local and knew nothing about vegetarian breakfast or indian breakfast items. And location is good in terms of being on marina but i got stuck in traffic outside the hotel for 2 hrs. Next day onward s i had to walk 1 km to reach a location where i can get a taxi.

I have stayed in many hotel around the world in my life and I would say that Jannah Marina Bay Suites Dubai is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay in very comfortable with all the mod cons we would expect. Novotel Bur Dubai is ideally located in Marina Promenade and closest metro station is on just 4 minutes walking distances. Front reception staff very humble and always smiling and willing to assist. They assisted me by answering questions and fulfilling requests. I repeat excellent. they are very helpful view is also excellent each and every staff of hotel is amazing and well trained. I must say, the hospitality team is excellent in here. A genuine 4-star hotel such amazing team of people will surely make sure each and every person leaves this place happy. Great customer service. Thank you! The property is well maintained and everything is very excellent and professional. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and spacious were exactly how they are in the photos. The rooms are well appointed with a lot of space and the usual like 7 star amenities. The rooms are large with comfy bed and the best part of the room is the bathroom which is large and has the power shower rain forest gushing water, which is like paradise. Children has lot of enjoyed in swimming pool on twelve floor. We stayed there for one nights in suite room and enjoyed every moment, we will certainly come again for a longer stay. There are no words to describe this hotel. It was sad leaving Jannah Marina Bay Suites as we made so many good friends advising us about sightseeing in Dubai. We shall definitely stay at Hotel Jannah Marina Bay Suites when we decide to visit Dubai again. A big thank you to all working in Novotel.

I have stayed in many Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments around the world in my life and I would say that Jannah Marina Bay Suites Dubai is the best Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments I have ever had the pleasure to stay in very comfortable with all the mod cons we would expect. Novotel Bur Dubai is ideally located in Marina Promenade and closest metro station is on just 4 minutes walking distances. Front reception staff very humble and always smiling and willing to assist. They assisted me by answering questions and fulfilling requests. I repeat excellent. they are very helpful view is also excellent each and every staff of Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments is amazing and well trained. I must say, the hospitality team is excellent in here. A genuine 4-star Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments such amazing team of people will surely make sure each and every person leaves this place happy. Great customer service. Thank you! The property is well maintained and everything is very excellent and professional. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and spacious were exactly how they are in the photos. The rooms are well appointed with a lot of space and the usual like 7 star amenities. The rooms are large with comfy bed and the best part of the room is the bathroom which is large and has the power shower rain forest gushing water, which is like paradise. Children has lot of enjoyed in swimming pool on twelve floor. We stayed there for one nights in suite room and enjoyed every moment, we will certainly come again for a longer stay. There are no words to describe this Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments . It was sad leaving Jannah Marina Bay Suites as we made so many good friends advising us about sightseeing in Dubai. We shall definitely stay at Hotel Jannah Marina Bay Suites when we decide to visit Dubai again. A big thank you to all working in Novotel.

Very excellent services, awesome room decorations and awesome kitchen with all things available and one more thing staff of Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments is very co-operative. If you are going marina drive with your family or friends you should choose only jannah Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments apartment. Everything is superb. Location is fabulous

It was a great stay at janah marina. Staffs were good, we expected to get good view room but unfortunately we dint get, may be coz it was all booked. But it was a nice stay, we will stay again soon!
