The room was good but had carpet on the floor which was clean but usually not preferable. The service was very poor, it was slow and they didn't even provide water upon request. It was limited to only 2 bottles (less than 1l) per day for a double room.

Rooms are very small. I booked delux room with 452 sqft as mentioned in mmt app but i got room with 220 sq ft. After a lot of arguments hotel agreed and gave bigger room.

the location of carlton hotel is good, you can see burj khalifa 😀the rooms are spacious and vell lit. we had taken two twin bed rooms. stay was good with tv, bath tub and city view. however, there is no arrangement for refilling drinking water, they provide 1l water per day. extra bottle cost 10 dirhams which is costly. (4stars for that reason). room cleaning was not done daily for one room, for the other room it was done everyday.

the location of carlton Carlton Tower Hotel is good, you can see burj khalifa 😀the rooms are spacious and vell lit. we had taken two twin bed rooms. stay was good with tv, bath tub and city view. however, there is no arrangement for refilling drinking water, they provide 1l water per day. extra bottle cost 10 dirhams which is costly. (4stars for that reason). room cleaning was not done daily for one room, for the other room it was done everyday.

Stay was good. Good proximity to nearest metro station. Staff was professional and courteous. They catered to our requests properly. Overall it was great stay at carlton. Can i do it later?

The location is very close to what i was looking for. Many shops and restaurants around the area. Nice to walk by the beach front as well. So all in all my stay at carlton was great.
