terrible - both MMT and the hotel

The hotel didn’t accept the booking from MMT, still took the checkin and upon checkout refused to payback the deposit. I had to pay 350aed extra for the night

The property’s location was really great! It’s a 100m walk to the metro, and it’s very accessible from everywhere. The food from the restaurants is impeccable, and the breakfast spread was too good!

We had a fantastic 3-day stay at Hotel Carlton Downtown Dubai! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our anniversary celebration truly special. We were delighted to find our room beautifully decorated, along with a delicious complimentary cake waiting for us — such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with stunning views of the city. The hotel’s facilities and central location made exploring Dubai so convenient. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and comfortable stay in Dubai! Also, it is very well connected to the major attractions of dubai like Burj khalifa, Dubai Mall and Museum of the future as these attractions are 2 or 3 metro stations away from the hotel. Metro station FINANCIAL CENTER is just 50 meters away from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel specially considering the spacious rooms and the locality.

Carlton is loaded with luxury being at a prime location right next to financial center metro station. Rooms had a hall, mini kitchen, bedroom one toilet and one bath and toilet. Very spacious and comfortable. Since the hotel was right next to a metro station it was very convenient to commute entire dubai and all prime spots like burj khalifa, mall of the emirates, miracle garden, jumeirah beach via public transport. An absolute value for money considering location and amenities provided.

Carlton is loaded with luxury being at a prime location right next to financial center metro station. Rooms had a hall, mini kitchen, bedroom one toilet and one bath and toilet. Very spacious and comfortable. Since the Carlton Downtown was right next to a metro station it was very convenient to commute entire dubai and all prime spots like burj khalifa, mall of the emirates, miracle garden, jumeirah beach via public transport. An absolute value for money considering location and amenities provided.
