Food is very good-above the expectation. Location is good facilities- there nothing to enjoy except for swimming pool. I have two kids and only swimming they can do it. They should provide indoor kids play area. Currently they have outdoor play area which is horrible during summer.

The hospitality of this hotel is top notch. Rooms are massive and very elegant. Comfortable bed and huge bathroom. What i really like was the way they care about their clients. For eg. Offering free mineral water in a cool bag to keep you hydrated is a small gesture which none of other hotels do. The buffet breakfast has a little kids corner with food items desirable by kids.

Amazing breakfast, nice location and amenities. It will be better if they have an indoor kids play area - useful in summer. Staff are polite but lacks knowledge on basic things. Asked for a black tea with milk, they served gray tea with milk, when notified he argued it’s black tea. The room we stayed some small lights not working, could have resolved this. Need attention to detail

Great location and friendly stafff

The hotel is built on a scenic location. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, we requested for a 1 hour late checkout to enjoy the boat ride on the mangroves and they gave us 2 hours.

If you want to stay away from city hustle you can choose this property. It's well maintained. Swimming pool and good variety of breakfast is available. Note there is nothing around property walkable. Try to take mangroves view balcony rooms.

When u live in a non peaceful country like India with all its honking and chaos this place feels like a retreat. It resets your mind for the next year or so. Thing is the area is well maintained and people don't trash it like we indians do to our motherland. It's a major go. Also comes at a cost but peace is expensive. So hope u can afford it.
