Had a great 2 days stay here with family. Check in to check out entire experience was great. Room were good, has all basic amenities. Rooms were cleaned daily and provided unlimited bottled water. The location is also great for local shopping, resturants as well as attractions. You can also exchange local currency here. Our room phone was not working but was promptly fixed when we notified them. Special mention to Aung from reception who was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Other staff members were helpful as well. They also provided us with late check out when asked. In house dining seemed expensive to us and not very flexible specially for babies. We asked for a simple plain omlette for our 2 year old but were told that there is only one dish worth 40 dhirrams and they can provide plain omleyas part of that. It costs less than 10 with any good resturant nearby.

It was nice stay at a good location well connected and proximity to corniche. The staff which was almost completely indian was helpful. The buffet was nice but can do with more variety.

Had a great sleep! no hassle car parking!

Valet parking which is fantastic for abudhabi inner city! the hotel is old but it’s well maintained, the bed is comfortable and clean and the room dark and quiet with good enough ac. The room was a little smelly from old cigarettes or something but i managed to sleep well regardless. Staff were great and i didn’t try the food as a one night short stay only. Main thing is i’d definitely stay again!

The hotel is very helpful for any requests and the service is excellent. While i had made alternate food arrangements, the hotel had multiple restaurants and cuisine options. Overall it was a very good stay.

Great location, clean room, comfortable stay. The tv was a bit disappointing as very few indian channels, and they hd on overlay menu making the channels unwatchable. Check in time is 3 pm. Early checkin is chargeable almost same as another day stay. Many eating options available near hotel. Bus to airport is also at walking diatance.

We stayed at copthorne for 10 nights rooms were very comfortable cosy and spacious water bottles are generally free and they top it up on demand they also keep milk and nescafe satchets no veg dining options. But sangeeta is close. Talabat works wifi speed is not great and it has to improve everything else was very good and i will definitely recommend for a family stay
