excellent hospitality right from th3 moment you entered. Met Mr Bashir at the checking desk and he was the most humble person to have been met thr. we booked 2 rooms there with twin beds he was smart and acknowledged our requirement of a king bed in place of our twin beds and upgraded 1 room to king bed. also the view from the rooms given was sea view pool view and had a golf course . excellent food at Jing Asia, whr we met Ms Thu Thu and she helped us download the app for additional discounts for our dinner.. you have the best with you... stay strong and keep up the good work all of you.

The rooms are nice but the overall experience was pretty average. They clean rooms only once a day even if you request them to make your bed, they won’t. Other basic things like ear swabs etc are not available. Food is also pretty basic and overpriced for the quality.

The Indian options were average in taste though. An area of improvement to call out was that the breakfast buffet area got crowded and guests were served at the ballroom buffet extension which had reduced options and below average service
