The room's intercom phone was non-functional, requiring us to visit the reception for any and all needs—definitely not ideal. Room service is non-existent, adding to the inconvenience. Shower towels are only available after 9 am. If you have an early flight, prepare to leave unshowered. 😒 There is no kitchen, so don’t expect to order food or enjoy any in-room dining options. The whole experience feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Book only if you have absolutely no other option.

I was given the room at 5:30 pm when the check-in was at 2 pm. The staff was not supportive. Language issue. Bathroom didn't have an exhaust. They didn't change the room when online the rooms were still available. It was torture checking in. The whole day was spoiled. Which was my birthday by the way.

The stay was good. We had booked deluxe room with balcony but when we reached there, the staff told us that the balcony opens up to another building. This was really disappointing. We were told that all the deluxe rooms open towards another building. Then we opted for superior room. Those rooms open up to road side. But there was only window and no balcony. Still the room was good and with good light during day time. The breakfast was also good. It was value for money if you booked superior room.
