Terrible Stay

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rules and regulations are extremely strict, to the point where it feels more like a hostel or government lodge than a place meant for relaxation. There is no flexibility at all — everything is overly controlled and staff are not cooperative if you need any small favor or adjustment. What’s worse, the hotel is divided into two separate buildings, and they don’t properly inform you about this during booking. If you’re staying in the second building, you have to walk back and forth to the main building even for basic things like check-in, food, or service requests. It’s highly inconvenient, especially at night or in bad weather. Rooms are average at best. No proper room service. Security keeps checking unnecessarily, which feels intrusive and uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a smooth, welcoming, or guest-friendly experience. There are better options nearby that treat customers with more respect and flexibility.

Overall experience was good . Location is decent at 200 meters we have 7 eleven store available from where we can get everything we want to purchase. Pool bar is great . Restaurant is good they have variety of indians breakfast menu available. Room was spacious enough BUT there is no sunlight available due to which entire time your room floor and clothe remain humid. Rest everything was ok
