The رويال بالاس هوتل باتايا is a massive property, very spacious and well-appointed. The swimming pool was also massive. The rooms are as spacious as shown in the pictures, and the staff is exceedingly helpful and friendly. Upon check-in, a security deposit of 1000 baht was required, which was promptly returned at the time of check-out. Additionally, each room is equipped with complimentary amenities including 2 water bottles, coffee, milk, sugar sachets, and a kettle. The bathrooms feature a bathtub, and all necessary toiletries are provided. Room service is prompt, and daily room cleaning is provided. Furthermore, the رويال بالاس هوتل باتايا is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, the walking street, and the mall.

Stayed there for 2 nights. They managed an early checkin. This is an old property, rooms are being renovated. Clean & spacious rooms, though there are very limited staffs for room service. Security deposit was refunded while checkout. Breakfast was okay as per budget. Nice and clean swimming pool. Overall a value for money if you are planning to stay in a calm place just little away from noisy walking street. Location is also super easy to find out.

I booked a family 4 bedroom's room this time in September 2019 poolside was a great experience for my family, we enjoyed the big room, good buffet breakfast, large swimming pool everything good especially the staff very supportive. Great central location near shopping center, Indian and Thai food restaurants even walking distance to walking street.
