It was a mixture of good and bad, about good rooms were clean, big, and tidy, location was good. About bad, as soon as we entered the بلاكوودز هوتل باتايا we were told that the بلاكوودز هوتل باتايا is fully booked and they have made arrangments for us in another بلاكوودز هوتل باتايا near by. When we told them that we have confirmed booking in this بلاكوودز هوتل باتايا and would stay here only no matter what, then they allocated us the rooms, such an unproffesional behaviour of managment is condemable.

Must visit this بلاكوودز هوتل باتايا , very neat and clean, good location, super view rooftop pool, staff behavior is very good and very helpful. I love the stay at Blackwood's بلاكوودز هوتل باتايا pattaya. We traveled for overnight and reached Bangkok airport early morning and also reached بلاكوودز هوتل باتايا earlier and i asked for early check in as i have a baby with me, they have arranged room for me very helpful.

Had a very nice experience at بلاكوودز هوتل باتايا smart signature on a short, low-budget, transit stay close to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, food is tasty and importantly the staff are very welcoming, helpful and cooperative. Recommend it!
