Golden Sea Pattaya Hotel

The people here are incredibly warm, friendly, and cooperative. Everywhere I’ve gone so far — whether it’s the hotel, restaurants, or local shops — I’ve been met with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. They make you feel comfortable and welcome, even if there’s a language barrier. It’s really heartwarming to see how kind and patient everyone is, always going out of their way to assist with directions, recommendations, or even small things like helping with transport or explaining local customs. Overall, the atmosphere feels very positive and inviting, which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

Very rude staff, deliberately charged for three towels which thet claimed missing. We make them counted for each towel but no body was there to listen . Worst ever experience

the staff exhibited “pathetic behaviour and services,” citing issues such as strict check-in times, refusal to clean rooms upon request, poor wi-fi connectivity, and a lack of diverse breakfast options.  another review of the golden sea pattaya highlighted that the standard rooms are placed far from the swimming pool with very small balconies and stone-hard non-comfortable beds. the breakfast area was described as limited compared to the large number of rooms, making it not a relaxing experience.  they also experienced issues with the toilet water and water pressure, leading to an unsatisfactory stay. staff not good & service

10 min walkable distance from pattaya beach. We had breakfast from 11th to 15th jean and breakfast menu is always same. Indian menu is limited. Amenities you will get only once upon check-in, 2 water bottle per day. Services don't expect much from them.

Stay was really overpriced. Location wise okkey but still far from Beach. Check in takes time and they could provide better

it was a good experience staying here at Golden Sea, this was my second time staying here in the last 3 years. This time my room was in the third building of the Hotel. it was a new building, and the rooms were great and big. Clean and hygiene was maintained. The main reason to book this stay was its accessibility to the walking street and the beach road, quite near and walkable. Also, the hotel is located in Soi Bua Khao, although their are many clubs here but the rooms are totally noise proof. The room were good and big, although this building doesn't have bath tubs in the washrooms. You can book this hotel if you want clubs on a walking distance. The breakfast served in the morning is quite same every day, which gets boring from the second day, as you will want a different options every day. Taste wise, the breakfast is good. overall, a good stay for me this time, in the price perspective, it's a great option.
