there was some washing marks on pillow cover which shows it is very old and they intentionally claimed that it is done by you and forced to charge 250

This hotel is of 5 star rating. However, I have found that, this is not actually the proper rating for this hotel. The Rooms are decorated but small in size. Side Sea view will be available from most of the higher floor rooms. Upon Check-in the receptionist will ask you to pay a deposit of 1000 THB per night. The payment shall be done by your Credit card only. They say that this blocked money will be released by them after 1:00 p.m. on the day of check-out. However, the money comes back after 7 to 14 days after (depending on your bank). They do not have any option to pay this deposit by cash so that you can immediately get a refund upon check-out. This I did not liked. The breakfast cost is also very high - 600 THB per person. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel

Security deposit is high and not refunded immediately upon check out. Need to wait 4-7 business working days depending on bank.

Location good , should have more Indian food , amenities services good, also they charge too much for security in comparison to other hotels in Pattaya

all the staff are courteous. Rooms are maintained neat and clean. They are giving only 500 ml water bottles 2 nos. Since it is not very expensive they can give 2 more water bottles

Mytt hotel payya has a great location. Pool area is superb. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very polite and humble at reception and everywhere in hotel. Only one con is very little 2 water bottles they give per day.

Stay was comfortable but the management is very bad, they charged us for the hand towel which got dirty as per them. I didn’t even know the towel belonged to my room or someone else. Just a letter was sent for the demand of money.

Room size not that Big all are very small rooms & Breakfast was with less options, more options for Chinese people, they won’t give water extra bottle also if needed urgently, staff are not friendly

Interested. Super clean rooms best location 5 min walk to the beach seven 11, central marina, terminal 21 and many more attraction places within 10 min walking distance safety wise -100% 10 stars for the hotel and hotel staff
