3 times stayed this hotel. but this times terrible stay 1. for breakfast swipping changes 2 person 500 and asking swiping charges 500. 2 . very poor quality breakfast. very less vegetarian menu bad quality and complete also. 3 . not given compliment early check inn and also asked favour early not reply and not complete. many times rooms changed 4.previoius indian food now only scan and order. and all food are non veg only. no vegeterian food. previous well managed indian food very terrible stay .

The hotel doesn't have basic amenities like, toothbrush kit, shaving kit, slippers, weight machine for luggage, toilet smelling, no early check in despite having the room, they charge too much but facilities are pathetic, request to you all please reconsider before booking

the hospitality of the hotel was worst, staff were rude, rooms were stinky, door lock was not working, there was a common door between two rooms which were causing insecurities and privacy concerns worst experience of my life! all tour guides will again recommend this place for stay, as majority of people here were indians… will recommend not to stay at nova express!
