I had visited with fam for 2 nights , The welcome was poor had to wait for 3 hrs for the room got rooms at 3:30 pm inspite requesting in advance with kids Had 6 rooms still not the best stay Fnb staff needs better training for better communication and they are rude with very less hospitality in terms of customer service

The property is an excellent resort. It has all the amenities that one can ask for and then some more. the water park inside of the hotel is just awesome. the access to the beach and beach-facing rooms are an absolute delight for the vacationers. rooms are spacious too. The staff is courteous and the food is amazing (though if you are a vegetarian, then there are limited choices).

Our stay at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort was fantastic. The resort’s prime beachfront location along Wong Amat Beach offers stunning ocean views and easy beach access, creating a perfect getaway while still being close to Pattaya’s attractions. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking sea views from the balcony. The resort’s Lost World theme, with its water park, lazy river, and multiple pools, made it an exciting destination for families and couples alike. The food was excellent, with a variety of dining options. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering fresh fruits, pastries, and both Asian and Western delicacies. The beachside restaurant provided a great ambiance for evening meals, serving delicious Thai and seafood dishes. The service was exceptional, with staff members being warm, friendly, and attentive. Housekeeping maintained the rooms impeccably, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, Centara Grand Mirage is an ideal luxury beachfront resort offering a mix of relaxation and adventure. It's a good property with vast area and a tivities for children. However due to undergoing renovation it gives a rusty outlook and confused entry. Our room was big with large balcony but extra bed for 3rd adult was below standard of 5 star property. Breakfast spread was very nice with few tasty indian selections.
