I stayed in the hotel for 7 days in July 2025. This property is near to the beach and walking street. To my surprise they also allowed me for an early check-in. Their morning breakfast was superb and they pay attention to each and every customer.

I used to stay in page 10 always..but this time worst experience faced..hotel get old and water blocked in washrooms..inspite of informing to staf also not worked.they changed the room but in that room also same problem..next time sure will not book page 10..Reception staff also take us granted..Next time sure will not book page 10...very disappointed...

The hotel’s location is excellent. It is very accessible and has 2 seven elevens nearby. 3-4 indian restaurants at walking distance. Also central mall is at walking distance which makes afternoon outings easier.

It was a great stay and property was near the beach and pretty good and cooperative staff

The page 10 hotel is a value-for-money place to stay in pattaya. It's location near the beach also makes it an ideal place to stay. The staff at the hotel are very friendly too. I would rate this hotel a 7/10.

This is my 5th visit to page10. Centraly located easy access to all the place in pattaya. Rooms and room service are excellent. I will give 5 star rating.

Hotel is located near to the beach road and mins away from the walking street. Property is very clean and hygiene. Staff is very friendly. Overall service was good.

All the prior excellent and good reviews are fake and deceiving and are purposefully scripted by the hotel management. Do not visit this property. Nothing is there which is worth visiting and spending money is like throwing in the ocean. Staff is all very rude and indifferent. They give a damn to hospitality. I got deceived by the fake reviews. And lost a good vacation to scrupulous hotel. The property is very small. The pool is even smaller. The breakfast spread has nothing for vegetarians and is in all very small. They do not clean room daily. They don't clean cups and glasses. They could not provide empty plates even once in the entire three days two rooms stay. They bluntly and angrily talk and deny every request. Make my trip is being deceived by this hotel.

The hotel staff is very very rude and unaccommodating, they fail to realise that people are there for a fun vacation.

I like this hotel and always book this hotel when ever i come to patatya as very good service and i feel that i m staying in my home so good atmoshphere in this hotel.

It was a pleasant stay near the beach and friendly staff. Room with jacuzzi hot water with complimentary morning buffet.

It’s an average place, but good swimming pool. I enjoyed my stay if the service was better it would be much better. Thank you very much.

Best hotel in gadget range best service every

Hotel staff are rude and they don't know how to behave with the customers! very bad breakfast menu, there is no cookies or cakes with coffee / tea. Very little spread in breakfast menu. Food quality is also not good. In the room they only provide one coffee sachet for one day and if you want to drink coffee twice then they will advice you to buy it from local super market - a very cheap mentality. They don't provide dental kits - if you ask then they suggest you to buy it from outside. Bathroom not cleaned properly, bathtub is in bad condition. Dirty. They are charging high price but their facilities can be compared to road side hotels. They will provide you re usable slippers - very un hygienic. There is no mirror in the room, i always stay at a good hotels and resorts, i can always say this is one of the bad experiences i have faced ever. Swimming pool is ok. But their sauna is bad broken and it will hurt your feet. It is a waste of money. I think it was a good hotel before but now there is very bad management.
