Poor Stay

This is one of the most premium properties in Thailand and Krabi. We booked sea facing beach front room for 2 nights and paid a hefty premium for that. However, we were provided a very sub optimum room which had no seaview as it was merged behind 2 sea facing rooms. The team acknowledged that it was unfair but did nothing to fix this. They just know they call this room sea facing , with solution being to say sorry and move on. The staff and food was very good and only reason i have given atleast 2 stars.

Bad experience- Construction Noisy

Had a very unpleasant experience — ongoing construction made the entire place extremely noisy. The food quality was also disappointing, and I ended up feeling unwell after eating. Overall, not worth the stay.

Disappointing for Indian Guests & Vegetarians Our experience at Tubkaak Resort was underwhelming. There was a clear bias in how staff treated Indian guests compared to foreigners — less attentive and welcoming. As vegetarians, we struggled with the very limited veg food options, while non-veg choices were abundant. On top of already expensive food, they charge 17% extra (VAT + service), which felt excessive. The pool area is small and not impressive. Overall, not worth the high price, especially for Indian or vegetarian travelers.

Tubkaek is a beautiful property about an hour from the Krabi airport. The food - Thai and Italian - is world class. The rooms especially the garden rooms with a built in bath tub are big, spacious and modern. I'd definitely recommend this resort.

The property is excellent. Sea is safe to swim. We have clicked awesome photos in gorgeous tubkaak beach, made some great friends. Only drawback is vegetarian food options are limited. We have to travel 5 km to get Indian food. Rest everything is mindblowing.

Excellent place to relax and rejoice. Great location with a private beach, and the boutique resort fits well in the environment with greenery everywhere. The resort also includes excursions at a very reasonable price. We explored hong island. Only improvement could be vegetarian food options (non egg) could be more.
