Property is very big, it spans to both east to west stretch of the Railey beach. Beach is very clean, boats to Ao Nang is very convenient. Amazing sundowner restaurant. Food was fine too. Adjacent to the walking street.

Excellent stay at Railay Bay Resort & Spa. Super Beach location, good service, decent food & courteous staff.

Very good location, but only accessible by longtail boat from krabi main land. It is worth a stay here, walking street is nearby, just 5 minutes walking on the beach . I recommend staying in their luxury villas, but if you are on budget even the deluxe cottage is really good. Staff is nice. Enjoy the holiday

I paid my room service bill by forex card however the staff told me they didn't receive the money and I had to pay cash. whereas the money was debited from my account too. I am struggling to understand where my money is now

The property is on an island around 20 minutes out of the krabi mainland. It is right on the beach, a tropical paradise. Wonderful staff and amenities too. It is advisable to call the hotel and ask them to arrange for airport pick up and drop, they charge 1500 bahts for the one way trip but it's worth saving the hassle of booking a cab and a boat on your own.

Hi, stay at railay bay is very pleasant. Room is neat and also staff is super helpful. They arranged boat for our travel from railay to ao name mae whenever convenient. Travel desk at hotel arranged for best and very pleasant trip. Would recommend this to everyone i know

Not a very well maintained property, lighting was very low in rooms and wash rooms. Vegetarian food is negligible. Service is prompt and good, value for money, english speaking staff is needed there.

The location is great right opposite to the beach. But there was no hot water and they said it starts from 8 am and for those who want to go out early in the morning have to bath in cold water. Otherwise good experience. Important thing! u need to take a boat to get to this location and to any other beaches.

It is difficult to reach Railay Bay resort but don’t take it as a negative. It actually adds the value. Very few people stay at Railay beach so you can enjoy and very cozy, personal vacation at the property. You can walk whole day around different beaches, caves, small market. We were staying in Privacy Villa and it was lovely. As the name suggest, it was very big and private. Property is huge.

The overall experience was an average one. The villa was clean And spacious. The breakfast spread had limited options for vegetarians. The pool had great views.

We stayed in Railay Bay Resort (privacy cottages) for 03 days and this what we liked and disliked about the resort: Likes: Really spacious rooms and bathrooms. Sit out area is also spacious. No noise from the long tail boats because of the location away from the beach. Equal distance from the west beach and east beach. Reasonably priced. Dislikes: The customer service could be better, they need a couple of seasoned professionals, preferably from some other country.
