The food was good, the hotel was clean, check in was fast, staff was polite but they were short on staff, only one lift was working, our luggage took half an hour to come down, few appliances in the room were not working.

It was ok not that great

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel and would strongly advise anyone to steer clear. The staff was shockingly rude from the moment I arrived—zero hospitality, dismissive attitudes, and outright hostility when I asked simple questions about check-in. It felt like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there. The rooms were an absolute disgrace. Filthy doesn’t even begin to describe it—stains on the sheets, dust caked on every surface, and a foul odor that lingered no matter how much I aired it out. The bathroom was a nightmare: mold in the corners, grimy tiles, and a sink that barely worked. It’s clear housekeeping is nonexistent here. To top it all off, I fell victim to what I can only describe as key After checking out, I noticed unauthorized charges on my card linked to the room key, despite never using any additional services. When I contacted the hotel, they were unhelpful, evasive, and refused to investigate. It’s shady and unacceptable. This place is a complete scam—overpriced, unclean, and run by people who don’t care about their guests. Save your money and your sanity; stay anywhere else.

Pleasant experience . Located centrally all food joints very accessible and the best part is mosque is walking distance

Amazing hotel with mesmerising view .. Book pool view to see the cliff and pool view .. the breakfast is amazing close to Aonang approx 1.5 km .. you can rent a motorbike from hotel or just outside the hotel gate in cheaper cost . We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed the place

Pathetic stay experience. The house keeping experience was bad no towels provided need to ask every time u cant carry towels from swimming pool to your room where in other hotels dont restrict it. The rooms are also very small

Most pathetic stay ever till date. No towels were provided we had to request everyday and there was no dental kit provided to be requested. Room is very small and for swimming you have to take towels and drop them again else u will be charged seen this first time overall a very bad experience.

I had unpleasant experience with restaurant staff in hotel. She was rude, arrogant and non courteous. It was a surprise for me and my family. Becouse of her behaviour we decided to eat dinner outside daily. I have reported the same to reception also same day.

The room size isn't really the same as shown/described. Further, there are hidden charges that we had to incur.

Very decent hotel..nice pool and gym. Room are pretty and very comfortable. The staff is also very polite. If you are looking to book a hotel for your family this is a great stay...saw many indian families during my stay here.

Clean rooms and good view from garden facing rooms. Room is bit smaller but ok for 2 persons. Hotel provides a extra towels for beach.

Location: it's just ok. Approx 2 km away from aonang beach. Free shuttle service is not very frequent (every 2 hrs. Local tuktuk charge thb 50 per person / full thb 200 rooms : good clean rooms. Pool side view is better than garden side. Two water bottles are complimentary after that they charge thb 15 per bottle 500ml. Early check-in was not allowed even many rooms were empty. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time 12 noon. Even half hr late check out was costing thb 300. Food: indian food is not available in the hotel. However indian food available just opposite a basic restaurant which opens 11am. Lots of good indian restaurants are available on aonang beach. Overall average experience. Hotel staff was good and polite. But hotel mgt seems to be more money minded.

The resort is very peaceful and extremely well maintained. The staff is very friendly, and they always greet you whenever you cross them. It's quite close to the main road. There are a few restaurants just outside the resort. The best part of the resort is the view of the mountains. The rooms have great balconies for enjoying the views, although they are compact. The buffet breakfast has a great spread.

The hotel view is amazing and the location is also good close to the market and clubs, beach is around 15 minutes walk.
