Our stay at centara grand beach resort was amazing. The location, surrounded by lush cliffs and a private bay, was breathtaking. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had stunning views. We loved relaxing by the pool and trying activities like kayaking. The boat ride to the resort added a unique touch to the experience. While the check in process could be improved, everything else was perfect.

Centara Grand is only accessible by boat and they have their own free speed boat shuttle service for that. The amenities, food, location, and views from this private beach resort is perfect. However the front desk/ reception service is slow, especially during check out and needs patience.

Stay is one of its kind but for the service. Staff could be more responsive. Definitely not a high class Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi, descent luxurious experience as service was a big turn off, which prevents me from giving a 5 out of 5.
