Location is excellent and the resort is well maintained with two swimming pools. Rooms are spacious. However no much food options for Veg and the staffs are not polite and respectful.

Regarding hotel rooms- they are very basic like 2000 / night is more than enough for the stay Hotel didn’t provided any good soaps , dental kit To walk from hotel to reception 1-2 km Pick up van drivers are very rude to us Breakfast is the worst not even the one item we ate in these 2 days Room service is not upto the mark

Property was nicely located on the railay west beach. It is very close to railay walking street. It is a beach front property and restaurant is right next to the beach. Evening decor of restaurant was very good. There were good Thai and western options. The swimming pool off the resort was quite long and good to swim.however, the service was not upto the mark. We were required to follow up multiple times even on the items included in our package.

Terrible experience, the staff was very uncourteous. housekeeping did not do a good job at all, the mug I used for tea was dirty still the next day, no laundry bags provided, there was some water in the jacuzzi, did not drain and clean it. we asked for some cutlery to have food we had gotten elsewhere and were refused saying it's against hotel policy, had to have an argument for 15 minutes over multiple phone calls because they kept hanging up. the staff doesn't understand English, which is alright but in a hospitality industry you need to have a basic understanding. we had to leave very early in the morning for our flight so we requested VEGETARIAN sandwiches and they gave us sandwiches with chicken in them. Breakfast buffet was abysmal if you are lactose intolerant or vegetarian. overall terrible experience. only plus point is the location, even the hotel wasn't great because every room has a pond outside with still water which is a breeding ground for mosquitos really bad experience would not recommend

The rooms are worn out and need a quick upgrade. The wifi is very bad. It works only in bed and sofa area. It doesn’t work in bathroom and balcony. Still work going on in property. Better amenities required. Breakfast options in buffet also very limited. But all said it’s the best location and has the best beach in all of krabi. With upgrade it can be the best hotel in railay

The room service is not good. They hardly pickup the call. Since its a resort with lots of trees, bushes etc i saw 2 snakes inside the property on the path way to the beach. Room is ok ok. Overall its an average hotel.

Serene location with beautiful sunset from resort's open beach view restaurant. Room was extremely clean and well maintained. Food is delicious but for pure vegeterians very less food options specially if you are taking buffet breakfast you have hardly any option to eat. But the good thing is it's right next to the walking street where you have 2 vegetarian restaurants.

This is a perfect resort in the perfect little beach on railay in krabi. Stayed here for 2 nights in a jacuzzi villa and loved it thoroughly. They have a beach front restaurant having the beautiful beach and sunset view with cliffs surrounding on both sides. They have good breakfast spread and even pack food for u if you checking out early in the morning. Rooms are simply amazing. Perfect and clean with a nice jacuzzi to relax and calm you. Really big and spacious. They also provide beach slippers, beach bag with towels, umbrella and flashlight if you want to take a walk at night. There are two nice swimming pools at both ends of the resort. Everything is at walking distance and food is amazing at the walking street, please try. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again if i can. Ps. While coming from ao nang in longtail boat you can ask to get down at west pier its just 10 metres walk to the reception.

The beach was just 50 metres. It was like a private beach. The rooms were superb. Ours was pool access room. Komodo dragons and horn-bills were extra treat to eye. There is a small market near the resort where you can buy anything. Just loved the stay.

It was like a dream come true which by chance by booking a room in railay resort from makemytrip website. Reaching the resort at night with a wonderful view of sea, stars and mountains. The hotel is situated on the beach and the villa given was outstanding with complete privacy. I would love to visit again

Less crowded beach. Not known to many. The hotel and the railay beach give a relaxing experience.

We had a really nice time! Great service, fantastic location on Railay beach and they also arrange tours for island hopping and kayaking. Jacuzzi villa is superb! Only issue is that you need to buy your own liquor from the supermarket because they do not sell hard drinks in the resort. However they allow you to use the cafe to have your own drinks. Food is amazing!
