Bad stay experience. The rooms are very small and AÇ is not working. Not well maintained old doors and the fridge is very old and not connected and no proper lighting. The price and the stay experience is not at all satisfied.

this is the worst stay as of now i have travelled to many countries but this was a pathetic one as on basis of cleanliness and rude staff not helping tourist on the name of Paid breakfast you get a box that has just one hard chapati a sabzi and an egg this is not a breakfast anywhere in this world you are served with a breakfast buffet if you dont have a restaurant you should mention it and the same while booking they will just find ways to deduct your security deposit and will not listen to what you say worst experience as of now

Decent Stay, Good Location, But Not Ideal for Early Tour Travelers

Location – Good. Food – No in-house restaurant. Breakfast included was just 1 paratha, some veg masala, and a boiled egg. Breakfast was only provided at 9 AM, and they do not have an option for earlier breakfast, which is inconvenient for tourists with early morning tour plans. Amenities – MMT described the room as having a bathtub, but upon checking, the hotel does not have any rooms with bathtubs. Bathroom fittings looked very old and unclean, with visible white cement marks even on the black washbasin. The window lacked a vision-blocking film, making the room fully visible from outside if the curtains were not closed. Services – Otherwise okay. The staff at checkout helpfully suggested we leave our luggage with them so we could roam around the city comfortably before our flight.

No maintenance.. horrible bathrooms..stincy fridge, No house keeping or room services..that too in off season. Dont know why platforms like MakeMyTrip is selling/promoting such hotel Don't get fooled by pictures on the platform. for the money paid, there are many better options available.

Oops! It wasn't as per our expect

Upar Hotel in Sukhumvit 11 wasn't as per our expectations and when we checked in nobody assisted in bringing the luggage to the room. The lady in the reception said to carry it by self. Room AC wasn't working and they took a lot of time to fix up the same. Mini Fridge smelling really bad and wasn't of any use. Poor light inside the room. Water wasn't coming and we had to ask the receptionist to fix up each and everything. Bad experience except the location. Will be very careful to book in the future and the property needs extensive renovation as it's not standards. My mistake to have booked this hotel as there are a lot of good properties around this place.
