The hotel location is fantastic and service is excellent. The breakfast menu can be improved, especially the indian options. There should also be some information made available proactively by the hotel staff during check-in, related to recommendations for shopping malls and markets nearby. Not at all satisfied with the hotel. It was not clean. Room was not upto our expectation, even the bed was not comfortable. Bathroom was just so so. The room was so noisy, we could hear traffic movement and sirens whole night. We were booked for three nights but checked out next day, and our money got wasted as didn't get any refund.

I did not had food my plan was without breakfast so i don’t have any idea about food the rooms where big as compared to most hotels in bangkok the main thing of this hotel is it’s location bang opposite platinum mall ideal location to stay near pratunam excellent service and high in hygiene i would recommend all shopaholic people to stay here bcoz of its close proximity and huge rooms amazing property the staff was so helpful would definitely visit again

We had been with family. It was an excellent stay overall. Big rooms were basic kitchen cutlery and fridge and oven provided. Very courteous staff. The breakfast option was majorly the same for Indian breakfast but otherwise huge variety. Overall an amazing trip and the hotel is bang opp to the Platinum mall and on the market and easily connected to the metro station as well.

I did not had food my plan was without breakfast so i don’t have any idea about food the rooms where big as compared to most Centre Point Plus Pratunams in bangkok the main thing of this Centre Point Plus Pratunam is it’s location bang opposite platinum mall ideal location to stay near pratunam excellent service and high in hygiene i would recommend all shopaholic people to stay here bcoz of its close proximity and huge rooms amazing property the staff was so helpful would definitely visit again

The Centre Point Plus Pratunam location is fantastic and service is excellent. The breakfast menu can be improved, especially the indian options. There should also be some information made available proactively by the Centre Point Plus Pratunam staff during check-in, related to recommendations for shopping malls and markets nearby. Overall it was an awesome experience with great views from our room balcony and the pool area.

Our family stayed in the family connecting room and it was wonderful. They cleaned and provided necessities everyday. The view was amazing from the 26th floor. The rooms were spacious. The beds were huge and comfortable. It was a perfect stay

Hotel located near to shopping malls. Rooms are big and good but Centre Point Plus Pratunam is congested and doesn't has any open area. Also no indian food in breakfast
