Poor Stay

Despite paying in advance, the receptionist said no room.We are senior citizens, wanted to rest 5 hours before our connecting flight home. Only after arguments, the manager came and gave an inferior room.No toothpaste or brushes, nor soap in the bathroom.

A good hotel in an exceptional neighbourhood

It was a one night stay, essentially due to the close proximity to the DMK airport. Overall, it is a good hotel. The location is excellent. There is a convenience store nearby and multiple food outlets. The lady receptionist who understood English was exceptionally welcoming. With regards improvement, there are two things I’d recommend. 1. The water bottles. I finished my bottles as I was quite thirsty after touring in the heat. I called in for more bottles and the lady on the phone said only two bottles are provided per day. Further bottles may be sent subject to a charge of 50baht. This is one area that disappointed me. I got a 2 litre from the 7/11 nearby. 2. The bathroom toiletries, including the bath towels and face towels need to be replaced. There were threads coming off and it was discoloured. Further, toothbrushes, shaving kit was not provided. Perhaps if I specifically asked for it, they might have given it. Nevertheless, it was a good comfortable stay. The bed is super comfortable and the room was noise proof for a wonderful sleep. I would check in again for sure.

I enjoyed my stay at BW Nada, it's very convenient to home cooked meals for sale in the vicinity of this hotel. With the grocery store across the street makes it easy to get fresh fruits and ready meals to go.
