We had an amazing stay in this جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21. Where to start: 1. We requested for early check in as we had a small baby with us. We came 4 hrs early. The جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21 allowed us to use the facilities floor where we could relax. Then we were allowed check in at 2 hrs early. 2. They also free upgraded us to a higher floor room and gave us room at floor 31 (out of total جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21’s 32 floors) 3. Room had an amazing expansive view of bk k skyline and is quite modern. Room also had a modular kitchen in it. 4. For the 1st time i have seen washing machine provided in a جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21 room. And we used it extensively. The best thing is that after 3 days, we left the جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21 with our suitcase full of clean clothes. 5. Did i mention daily free snacks and free drinks topped up in the large fridge present in the room? 6. They also have very tasty iced tea as well as a sophisticated coffee machine in the reception lobby. And boy did i use it extensively by coming down to lobby, just to take coffee in the room, for free ) 7. Also, the جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21 has a seamless connection to a huge shopping mall. It was so amazing as whenever we felt that we didn’t want to go outside, we could still visit the mall and come back to our room in 5 minutes. The جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21 is also at a buts station (but we didn’t use the metro though) 8. The pool is also quite big and water temperature was always just right 9. Though this is a 5 star جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21 but the food prices were quite reasonable. We ordered extensively in our room. 10. All the staff is extremely courteous. Whenever you come down to lobby, at-least 2-3 people do namaste to you. I have never seen such courteousness in other 5 star جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21s 11. I would also like to mention that staff is also polite and friendly. Mr. Sandipat (sorry if name spelling is wrong) helped in loading unloading our baggage and is very friendly. All over i would definitely come to this جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21 whenever i am back in bk k and would strongly recommend coming here. One suggestion i would like to give is to rethink about جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21’s policy of mandatory thai bhat deposit during check in (which is completely refundable during check out.

You have free wi-fi, deluxe bedding, modern amenities, microwaves and flat-screen tvs, as well as complimentary snacks and soft drinks, are all included and suites. We had a city view which was outstanding. Airport link makkasan station is only one station away by mrt. This high-rise جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21, which shares the same roof as terminal 21 shopping mall, has a surprisingly spacious outdoor lush garden with a jogging track, an infinity pool, a lap pool, a tennis court, and a golf putting range. Indoor facilities include an indoor gym, a kids club, a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. There is co-working space and conference facilities available. Their spa was outstanding and they are available until midnight. Overall a superb place to stay and would recommend to all.

Wonderful stay. I must say that I wasn't expecting such a premium experience when I was booking the جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21 but the quality surpassed all expectations. Things that won our hearts: Kid's play area: well maintained, spacious, clean. Game room: the car racing simulator had me thrilled :-) Gym: Premium equipments Steam, sauna, jacuzzi: all under excellent conditions. I particularly loved the jacuzzi. Room: we had a suite. it was large and comfortable. the microwave was an added plus. Food: very reasonably priced. Don't miss the Pad Thai. The other most important thing about this جراند سنتر بوينت هوتل تيرمينال 21 is the direct access to Terminal 21 mall, Asok BTS and Sukhumwit MRT. great stay for us and we would love to be back!

It's a property with added benefits, excellent location n breakfast spread is sooo good, no need to eat street food everything is in breakfast menu. Rooms are to spacious n filled we it h amenities. Loved my stay here. Staff was extremely helpful n pleasant. Thanks for everything.

Good location, bed is comfortable when i visited there was maintenance going on and no power thereby no air conditioning which made very disappointing. Well i always choose executive room which fells like a apartment.
