I booked deluxe room, but the hotel gateway staff made us stay in an ordinary room for two nights, no air inlet or outlet, ac not functioning proper, no windows, no fresh air inside the room. After two days as per my request, we were given deluxe d room as per my booking.

You will find a staff while check-in. . Later till you check out, no single staff will be available. . Checkout formalities are done by one security guard who speaks only thai and dosent understand any other language

Worth the tariff. I took the room just to sleep as whole day was planned for sightseeing. I realized my mistake as an when I entered the room. Smelly room. Faulty air-conditioning room. Basically this is a hotel for the people looking for one night stands. The breakfast was decent. Location is close shopping area of pratunam near Indira mall.
