The star ratings of this فندق ذا إيمباسي ساثورنs should be evaluated. The فندق ذا إيمباسي ساثورن was booked based on the start rating. Lobby area was acceptable, but as soon as we entered the room, we realized that this absolutely did not fall into 4 and 5 star category. In our opinion, the rooms fell into 3-star or lower category. Major issues which we experienced during our stay- 1. Sink was clogged. It was taking around 10 minutes for the water to fully drain. Residues in the sink looked disgusting after the water drained. 2. Water clogged in the shower as well. 3. The shower drain in the massage center was fully clogged. At one point we thought that it may be an issue with the main drain associated with the room so did not complain. Next day when we returned to the room, the sink drain appeared to be fine, so we did not make any complaint. Early morning while we were showering, bad odors from drain were noted. In the middle of the shower, water stopped for 10 minutes. Had to call the front desk from the shower to get the issue addressed. Complaint was filed with the front desk as well as well as the Manager. We were told that the issue will be discussed with the General Manager who was expected to arrive 9.30 am. We strongly recommend evaluating Hotels star rating as this property certainly does not meet the 4-Star rating.

It was a decent stay. Rooms were clean, however the breakfast spread needs to get better. Common campus with 7/11 is best that one can have. Located in prime business location. Shopper look for other alternatives.

I got the room superior for cheapest price on make my Trip. The room is luxurious and breakfast buffet is complimentary. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

It's located at very prime location and all countries embassy are nearby. Also lumphini metro station at walkable distance.

It's was cheaper than others I have stayed this فندق ذا إيمباسي ساثورن for 2 weeks. Very close everything. But the thing is trouble with WiFi. Rest of all okay.
